Blue Holidays offers holiday packages that allow you to choose a destination within Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands or selected international destinations, and then mix and match the Virgin Blue flights, Pacific Blue and Polynesian Blue flights with the accommodation options that suits your customers. Flights are packaged with a wide range of hotels, "Optional Services" such as transfers, tours, activities, theme parks and insurance options for you to choose from.

When you use your agency or customer credit card to make a booking via Blue Holidays agent website, the full retail price of the package will be the amount debited on the credit card. The commission will be paid on the base package price (including air, land and other components in the package) excluding taxes
Blue Holidays published our recommended retail prices on our website. Travel agents are encouraged to sell our packages at the same retail price.
Unless otherwise stated, the minimum booking lead-time is typically 2 days for domestic packages and 3 days for international packages. Some specials may be up to 7 days.
Unless otherwise stated, one minimum nights stay apply. You or your customers are free to pick and choose the hotel and length of stay.
Yes, you may. However, please note that the final amount shown on the itinerary page is the selling price of the package and will be the amount debited on the credit card.
Yes. All options shown are real-time availability and instantly confirmed upon purchase.
Yes, you will receive an email confirming the itinerary you have booked upon confirmation of your purchase. You can then print and send the travel itinerary to your customers. Where applicable, you will also receive further information or vouchers for "Optional Services" booked in the itinerary which you can then forward on to your customers.
Please note that once a booking is completed and payment has been made, it is non-refundable, non transferable and name changes are not permitted. For permitted amendments, a minimum fee of $60 per person for domestic packages and $75 per person for international packages will apply and additional supplier fees may apply. A minimum fee of $60 per person for domestic packages and $75 per person for international packages will apply and depending on the time of cancellation, additional supplier fees may apply. For notification within 24 hours prior to departure, the full value of the booking will be forfeited. No cash refund will be provided for cancellations. Any balance is held in credit to be used within 12 months from the date of first purchase. Please note that credit held from a cancelled domestic or international booking can only be applied to a new domestic or international booking respectively, although the new booking need not be to the same destination as the original booking.
